Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Join our Cass-Clay Creamery team and play a critical role in keeping our dairy operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. We re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.

Do:
Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts What We re
Looking For/Job Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years) Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years) Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase
Preferred:
PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS) Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations. Stand for extended periods.
