Team Leadership:
Assign daily work orders, lead shift pass-downs, handle timekeeping, perform evaluations, and resolve team conflicts.Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Oversee PM programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and extend equipment lifespans. ...Strategic Planning:

5+ years as a Maintenance Technician with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
Industry Focus:
Experience in Dairy or Food & Beverage manufacturing is required.Technical & Mechanical Skills:
Electrical/Mechanical Balance:
Ideal candidate has a 60% electrical / 40% mechanical skill distribution.Core Machinery:
Hands-on proficiency with high-speed filling machinery and blow mold equipment.Automation & Controls:
Strong Allen-Bradley platform experience highly preferred (PLC programming is a major plus).Power Systems:
Solid understanding of motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase.Facility Utility Systems:
Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, industrial boilers, HVAC, and air compressors.
Software:
Experience with CMMS / Maintenance planning software (Micromain experience is a plus).Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods on the manufacturing floor.
