The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for organizing the overall maintenance of the plant and for assisting the maintenance and production management teams with planning and scheduling for all programs which support the maintenance strategy for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Operator Asset Care, Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Avoidance. This role is responsible for providing support, guidance and leadership to the maintenance department to fully support Production, Quality and Safety.

(3) days one week and (4) days the next, 12 hour shift, 7:00pm. to 7:30amWork Location:
- 1801 N 36th St, Grand Forks, ND 58203
- Salary, based on experience and other qualifications:
- $73,000 to $108,350 annual with additional bonus potential

Roles & Responsibilities:
- + Complies with and enforce all company policies and plant rules and procedures, to include Safety, Quality, GMPs, and General Work Rules.
Skills, Experience and Education:
- + Effective listener and team player + Able to work effectively with others, have good interpersonal and leadership skills + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment + Strong computer skills including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
Education:
- + High School plus specialized training (min 6mos-2yrs)
- Certification/Licensure Required for
Job:
- Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type): + 1-year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Exposure PLC programming a plus.
