$32.00-$37.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM On-Call Rotation:
Every 3 Weeks Lead the Maintenance Team at a Beautiful 300-Unit Community! Are you an experienced apartment maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations of a well-maintained 300-unit residential community consisting primarily of townhomes across 13 acres and 27 buildings in Concord, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on maintenance work while helping oversee an exciting community undergoing ongoing renovations and property improvements. What You'll Do Supervise and mentor a team of two Maintenance Technicians while leading by example. Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers. Manage and close work orders through the property management system in a timely manner. Oversee facility operations to ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards. Obtain vendor bids and quotes while managing outside contractors and service providers. Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure OSHA standards and compliance requirements are met. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, inspections, and facility records. Prioritize projects, deadlines, and emergency maintenance requests. Assist with apartment renovations, capital improvement projects, and property upgrades.
Perform hands-on maintenance including:
Basic plumbing Electrical repairs HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Painting Drywall repair Apartment turnovers Operate golf carts and company vehicles throughout the community. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of residential apartment maintenance experience required. Previous experience supervising or leading a maintenance team. Experience supporting communities with 100+ residential units strongly preferred. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Experience managing work order systems and maintenance software. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and maintenance safety practices. Experience coordinating vendors and outside contractors. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and time management skills. Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in both the field and the office. Must possess basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge. Must provide your own basic hand tools. Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements for operating company vehicles. Why Join Our Team? Required Education and Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
  • Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances
  • Computer proficiency

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Pool certification required where applicable
  • CPO if required by city or state
  • Certificate of Training (HVAC, other appliances) preferred
