Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness Experience Required for
Your Success What We're Looking For:
5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor Valid Driver's License required Strong technical skills with a focus on preventive maintenance and property upkeep Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Available for emergency on-call rotation At Wingate Management Company , we've been helping build strong, thriving communities for nearly 60 years.
