DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and operations of our healthcare facility. If you have strong hands-on maintenance skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to keeping a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff, we want to hear from you!

Tinton Falls, NJ Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department Perform and supervise building repairs and maintenance Manage preventive maintenance programs and inspections Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heating/cooling, and other building systems Ensure fire alarm, emergency generator, and safety systems are properly maintained and tested Maintain required maintenance records and documentation Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and contractors Schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff Ensure the facility complies with applicable safety, fire, health, and building regulations Respond to maintenance emergencies and remain available for emergency situations Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic training/knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance Previous supervisory experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care maintenance experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform hands-on repairs Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Must be available for emergency on-call responsibilities
