Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate performing daily maintenance activities
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and preventative maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
• knowledge of the computer
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial mechanics
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including HVAC systems
• Excellent leadership skills
