In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for repairs of electric motors, pumps and ventilation equipment. Must have experience with large vertical motor repairs and DC motor repairs as well. Duties Supervise daily operations of the electro-mechanical maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs Lead troubleshooting efforts Quality Control reports Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical diagnostics, welding ( welding if applicable), high voltage work, and industrial maintenance procedures. Provide technical guidance on equipment troubleshooting, analysis skills development, and engineering troubleshooting to team members. Requirements Proven experience with repairs of electric motors, pumps, DC motors Extensive knowledge of electrical systems Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
