Manage and coordinate scheduled preventative maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders and asset histories. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage circuits—ensuring compliance with safety standards. Lead a team of maintenance technicians by providing guidance, training, and supervision to foster a high-performance work environment. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues related to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and industrial machinery; develop action plans for repairs or upgrades. Collaborate with project management teams on building upgrades or renovation projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair logs; prepare reports for management review. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to electrical systems (including high voltage), mechanical equipment, and industrial maintenance procedures. Experience Proven management experience in facilities management or building operations with a focus on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance. Strong supervisory skills with experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments. Extensive knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques for electrical systems—both low voltage and high voltage—using tools such as ohmmeters. Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and control systems integration. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Demonstrated ability in project management—planning, coordinating resources, and executing building upgrades or repairs efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in industrial maintenance environments is essential for diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions.
