Location Orange/East Orange, NJ Area 250 units -
Senior Housing Building Requirements:
Current New Jersey Black Seal Boiler License (required) Must apply for a Municipal Superintendent License upon hire Strong knowledge of boiler and HVAC systems Experience with NSPIRE inspections OSHA certification At least 5 years of building maintenance experience Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs Ability to respond to 24/7 emergencies Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of applicable maintenance laws and regulations Ability to handle emergency repairs and coordinate vendors Computer proficiency (email, scheduling, etc.) Ability to work closely with the onsiteProperty Manager Pay:
