Senior Housing Building Requirements:

Current New Jersey Black Seal Boiler License (required) Must apply for a Municipal Superintendent License upon hire Strong knowledge of boiler and HVAC systems Experience with NSPIRE inspections OSHA certification At least 5 years of building maintenance experience Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs Ability to respond to 24/7 emergencies Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of applicable maintenance laws and regulations Ability to handle emergency repairs and coordinate vendors Computer proficiency (email, scheduling, etc.) Ability to work closely with the onsite

$70,000.00 per year
