Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residential property. Grounds maintenance, Basic electrical and carpentry skills needed. Job Responsibilities are below, but not limited to:

• Preparing of vacant apartments for make ready status through unit turn-over repairs and improvements;
• Preventive Maintenance and inspections of grounds, trash and recycling removal and the cleaning of garbage rooms and dumpster areas;
• Repair / paint walling, and repairs masonry, woodwork and furnishings;
• Replace and Repair faucets, showerheads and toilets;
• Light Fixture Assembly;
• Cabinet and counter installation;
• Snow Removal; landscaping;
• Implements preventive maintenance;
• Complete services requests submitted by tenants in a timely manner;

Qualifications:

Maintenance:

2 years of experience.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License.
• Applicant must have tools and own transportation.
• Applicant is required to live in property.

$42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
