Property & Building Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Property & Building Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain our automotive dealership properties and keep our facilities looking clean, professional, and well cared for. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance projects, and can independently identify and address issues across multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities include:

Perform general building and property maintenance across dealership locations Handle basic repairs including drywall, painting, doors, hardware, fixtures, and minor plumbing Maintain exterior areas, parking lots, sidewalks, signage, and dealership grounds Perform routine inspections of buildings and properties and proactively identify needed repairs Assist with light electrical and plumbing maintenance when appropriate Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required Assist with dealership improvement projects, installations, and general upkeep Respond to maintenance requests from dealership management Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Help ensure all dealership properties remain clean, safe, functional, and presentable

Qualifications:

Previous experience in building, property, facilities, or general maintenance preferred General handyman and repair skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine when professional service is needed Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional property Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel between dealership locations as needed Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who notices the details and takes ownership of the properties they maintain.
