$28-$30/hour (based on experience) + Bonus Potential About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our apartment community. In this role, you'll oversee a skilled team, ensure our property is safe and well-maintained, and deliver outstanding service to our residents. If you're a problem-solver who takes pride in your work and enjoys leading others, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to deliver top-notch service. Oversee preventive maintenance, unit turns, and work orders to keep our community in peak condition. Ensure resident service requests are handled quickly, professionally, and with care. Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and maintenance supplies. Enforce safety standards and keep the property safe, compliant, and well-organized. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (with extra pay).
