POSITION SUMMARY
\n This position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing or packaging production line computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in conjunction with planning and executing mechanical and electrical best practice goals, developing training to deliver a top operating system while working within the constraints and limits of a set budget. \n \n
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
\n The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. \n \n \n Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment. \n Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance program. \n Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems. \n Plan and execute mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals within the CMMS environment. \n Develop and execute plant equipment revitalization projects. \n Development of instrumental training for the manufacturing plant mechanics and electricians within the CMMS environment. \n Supervise and control maintenance parts pricing with vendors, inventory & expense budgets. \n Partner with Maintenance and Operations Departments on the development of maintenance schedules ensuring availability of necessary parts, etc. \n Execute continuous improvements events to drive out loss and increase line efficiencies. \n Active participant in all required meetings. \n Perform work order quality audits to improve mechanical efficiencies of the team and recommending any disciplinary action as necessary. \n Perform safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnel. Maintain safe working environment for all employees. \n \n \n
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION

Required:
\n \n Must have 5 to 10 years of related experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility. \n Strong inter-personal and leadership skills. \n Computerized Maintenance Management System expertise \n Project management and Capital project management experience preferred \n Must be able to work off shift and weekends \n \n \n
COMPENSATION RANGE
