POSITION SUMMARY
\n This position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing or packaging production line ensuring that all bottling equipment is in top operating condition while working within the constraints and limits of a set budget. \n \n
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
\n The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. \n \n \n Supervise all aspects of mechanical systems, equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment. \n \n \n Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems. \n \n \n Ability to assist in planning and execution of mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals. \n \n \n Ability to develop and execute plant projects. \n \n \n A wide degree of creativity required. \n \n \n Development of instrumental training for the manufacturing plant mechanics and electricians. \n \n \n Supervise and control maintenance labor & expense budgets. \n \n \n Perform safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnel. Maintain safe working environment for all employees. \n \n \n Perform other duties as required. \n \n \n \n
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION
\n \n \n Must have 5 years of practical experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility. \n \n \n Some experience with AB (Allen Bradley electrical equipment), PLCs, panel drives, and controls in a Manufacturing environment is helpful. \n \n \n Strong inter-personal and leadership skills. \n \n \n Engineering knowledge or back-round is a plus. \n \n \n Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. \n \n \n Previous experience in a union environment. \n \n \n \n
COMPENSATION RANGE
