3001563129-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Supervisor Maintenance I&C at Constellation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in our energy generation and distribution facilities. This position is crucial for maintaining the reliability and performance of our infrastructure, helping us deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective energy solutions. You'll oversee a team of technicians and collaborate with engineering staff, focusing on the continuous improvement of our systems while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of I&C technicians in the daily operations and maintenance activities. Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance strategies to enhance instrument and control system functionality and reliability. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize performance. Manage budget, maintain inventory of essential spares, and prepare technical reports. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning. Required Skills Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems in energy or related industries. Proficiency in regulatory standards and safety procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
