You will lead a team and be responsible for keeping the entire operation organized, productive, profitable, and customer-focused. We need someone who can set expectations, manage workflow, solve problems, hold employees accountable, and make sure company procedures are followed every day.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily shop operations. Coordinate workflow between service advisors and technicians. Manage scheduling, work in progress, sales, productivity, and customer communication. Lead, coach, schedule, and hold employees accountable. Resolve customer concerns and vendor issues. Ensure estimates, work orders, pricing, parts, and payments are accurate. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional facility. Monitor performance and communicate results or concerns to ownership.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory or management experience is required. Automotive repair shop, dealership, tire store, or service-center management experience is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage people, priorities, and problems in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and automotive shop-management software. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Dependable and able to work the full scheduled hours.
