This position is crucial for maintaining the reliability and performance of our infrastructure, helping us deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective energy solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of I&C technicians in the daily operations and maintenance activities. Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance strategies to enhance instrument and control system functionality and reliability. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize performance. Manage budget, maintain inventory of essential spares, and prepare technical reports.
