PTO accruing from your first day Superintendent - Responsibilities The Superintendent supports the Maintenance Development Lead by overseeing the Maintenance Team and ensuring the property is maintained to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preserving the overall physical condition and operational integrity of the property. Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs Manage inventory and maintenance supplies Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols Superintendent - Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of full-time maintenance experience Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and continue professional development
