Anthos Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Kirkwood, NY apartment community . We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with strong apartment maintenance skills and hands-on HVAC experience .

Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and complete apartment maintenance work orders Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance Complete plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs Assist with apartment turns and prepare units for move-in Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed Maintain common areas, buildings, and property grounds Communicate professionally with residents and management Maintain accurate work-order notes and documentation

Qualifications:

Previous apartment or property maintenance experience required HVAC experience required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and dependable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as required We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of resident satisfaction, and can help keep our community operating at a high standard.
