The ideal candidate will have some general leadership skills, is self-motivated and will report directly to the maintenance supervisor. This role is vital in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing/warehouse processes. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
