Job Description
Just in Time Staffing has an immediate need for a Industrial Lead role in a manufacturing/warehouse type environment. The ideal candidate will have some general leadership skills, is self-motivated and will report directly to the maintenance supervisor. This role is vital in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing/warehouse processes. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, enabling effective communication across diverse teams. Being familiar with Industrial remodel and repair is preferred and also experience with docks and dock doors is a plus. Interviews will begin 9/10/26, apply today to learn more.
