Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the maintenance operations within our facilities. This leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with strong management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and implementing effective maintenance repair procedures. Duties Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely in compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations. Develop and manage maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and high voltage equipment. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and tools such as ohmmeters. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Train team members on proper maintenance repair procedures, safety protocols, and the use of diagnostic tools. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, safety compliance records, and schematics. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility operations support overall organizational goals. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or leadership role. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems—including high voltage—and HVAC system repair. Demonstrated ability to manage facilities maintenance teams effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA. Strong familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control. Skilled in reading schematics, engineering troubleshooting methods, and using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Experience managing projects related to facilities maintenance management with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English for clear instruction delivery and team coordination. Prior experience supervising maintenance repair procedures involving plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, and mechanical systems.
