Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, ensuring that all equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage the System for tracking work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, and schematics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including high voltage and low voltage electrical work. Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working with industrial machinery and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), and schematics. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong project management capabilities to oversee improvement initiatives. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.

Full-time Pay:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
