Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation and safety of our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee industrial maintenance activities, manage maintenance projects, and implement innovative solutions that enhance facility performance. As a key leader, you will coordinate maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with safety standards, all while fostering a proactive maintenance culture that drives continuous improvement. Flexible schedule with ability to rotate on-call, and respond for production emergencies required. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all facility systems. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, using schematics and technical manuals. Manage the maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track asset history, and optimize maintenance workflows. Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities management teams to plan and execute complex projects, upgrades, and installations. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics to diagnose issues in automated systems and industrial equipment. Conduct regular safety audits, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff. Manage company safety programs in coordination with safety team. Monitor HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and other building infrastructure to maintain optimal environmental conditions. Train and mentor technicians on electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance best practices while fostering leadership within the team. Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in supervising maintenance teams. Education and/or industry certifications such as OSHA10, OSHA30, EPA, or Electrical preferred. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including electrical (high/low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, and facilities management. Proficiency with technology software for work order management and asset tracking. Skilled in reading schematics, technical drawings, and using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting. Strong project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from planning through execution. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively. Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Knowledge of safety protocols related to high voltage electrical work and industrial environments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes to align maintenance activities with production needs.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
