You will play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across high-speed production lines, utilizing your expertise in automation, robotics, and complex mechanical systems to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Execute rapid, root-cause troubleshooting on high-speed bottling, packaging, and injection molding machinery to minimize downtime. Lead overhaul projects and planned maintenance initiatives to restore equipment to peak performance standards. Develop and document standardized operating and troubleshooting procedures to enhance team technical proficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to implement process upgrades and resolve recurring mechanical or electrical bottlenecks. Maintain and repair critical auxiliary systems, including chillers, air compressors, and advanced water filtration units. Analyze performance data from control systems to identify trends and drive throughput efficiency. Provide expert-level guidance on PLC, servo, and VFD systems to support the broader maintenance team. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance environment. Proven ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Proficiency with precision measuring tools and shop equipment such as mills, lathes, and welding apparatus. Strong experience with 480VAC/24VDC electrical systems and industrial automation. Demonstrated success in leading projects or mentoring technical staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing or bottling environments. Advanced expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley). Experience with robotics, vision inspection systems, and advanced communication buses. Formal training in continuous improvement methodologies or lean manufacturing.
