Job Description

Join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. As an LM Crew Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and working alongside a crew to ensure outdoor projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to a positive team environment, and make a visible impact on the natural spaces in your community. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional off-hour and weekend work due to seasonal needs and weather conditions. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of 2 to 3 team members on landscape maintenance and construction projects. Coordinate with management and sales personnel to determine project scope, equipment, and material needs. Perform hands-on landscape tasks, including site preparation, trimming, digging, debris removal, and operation of hand and power tools. Ensure all safety protocols and incident reporting procedures are followed, and promptly communicate any issues to management or human resources. Manage project budgets and timelines, track material usage, and ensure accurate completion of crew timesheets. Maintain daily communication regarding job status and customer satisfaction, and provide ongoing training to crew members. Perform opening and closing duties for job sites and equipment. Participate in Snow Operations, including planning, area management, and snow removal during winter events, which may require work outside regular hours. Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory record keeping, and maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to obtain a valid and appropriate state drivers license prior to employment. Relevant experience or education demonstrating the ability to perform landscape maintenance work. Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in landscape maintenance. Understanding of first aid and applicable safety precautions. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to schedule. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous labor in various outdoor conditions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with safe operation of equipment and tools. Prior supervisory experience, including providing clear instructions to team members. Consistent and dependable attendance. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Offered compensation:
