What you'll do Turn maintenance requests into complete work packages with the labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed to execute successfully. Build job scopes, estimate costs, and coordinate purchasing to eliminate delays before work begins. Partner with Operations, Maintenance Supervisors, Scheduling, and Purchasing to prioritize and sequence refinery work. Create preventive maintenance plans that improve equipment reliability and reduce emergency repairs. Track work order costs and maintain accurate planning records to support future maintenance strategies. Ensure every work package meets refinery safety standards and company procedures. Help improve the planning process by identifying opportunities to make future work safer and more efficient.
