- Directly manage one Maintenance Supervisor and a team of 10 technicians across two shifts
- Perform hands-on repairs on CNC laser cutting equipment and other production machinery
- Implement and manage a CMMS system to streamline maintenance operations
- Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs in collaboration with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime
- Coach, mentor, and train maintenance employees to enhance team capabilities and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on maintenance and repair planning experience
