Absolute Water Technologies is looking for a Service Manager in Strongsville, OH. Preferably looking for a candidate who is familiar with the high purity water treatment industry or other technical fields. Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing all functions including the service department and customer satisfaction. This job is primarily office work with occasionally field work as needed. The field work includes serving as a backup when needed for completing installations, maintenance, and start-ups of all water treatment

Leadership ability - Ability to lead by example and get results through coaching and holding people accountable for actions and performance. Organizational skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize to-do list, and follow issues through to completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power-point). Or trainable to do so. Sense of ownership - take initiative and solve problems Specific Duties/Projects Ensures all technicians are performing at an acceptable level and are working efficiently. Is the custodian of assigned assets including fleet, building operations, etc. Completes assigned special projects. Ensures all equipment is maintained and calibrated, as needed. Ensures invoicing is completed in a timely manner for time and material jobs. Is responsible for scheduling, which includes routing, and contacting customers Serves as technical support for customers and Absolute Water staff. Conducts site reviews for quality and procedural compliance. Works to support the assigned branch's ability to meet or exceed the sales and operating income budget.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

BS Degree in Management or comparable experience in a management role.
