Maintenance Responsibilities:

Maintaining the building inside and out as well as all equipment associated with operating the facility. Change the HVAC Filters Ensures that the HVAC filters and units are clean.

Maintenance Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in maintenance a long-term care facility preferred but not required
