Service Manager:

Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of service/FOH staffUnder the direction of the Dining Services Director, supervises and coordinates all service activities within the operationMaintains an organized system of comprehensive record keepingCommunicates menu offerings in an attractive and effective manner, paying attention to potential special dietary needs of the customerPlans for and implements corporate marketing initiatives, maintains complete records of special events and pace changers in the operation, providing marketing summaries to the CDS home office upon completionMaintains established food presentation and service standardsParticipates with Food Committee meetingsPlans for and implements corporate marketing initiatives, maintains complete records of special events and pace changers in the operation, providing marketing summaries to the CDS home office upon completionMaintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

College degree in Hospitality preferred 3 years management & leadership experience of a team of 20+ peopleMust be able to use
