A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Asset Maintenance Planner for the Heavy Maintenance Centers (HMC's) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center.
What You Will Do:
Enter sales orders and secure funding for required maintenance
Be responsible for Customer Workscope implementation into respective HMC Shop floor Process Plans (work orders) for Overhaul of the engine, modules and/or parts.
Be responsible for loading Customer Engine data into SAP.
Be responsible for the creation, editing, and loading of the planned bill of material (PBOM).
Develop proficiency in Utilizing Technical data systems such as SAP, Customer Engine Management Program (CEMP), Solumina, PyRITS, IETP, and Configurator.
Work with engine managers and the customer to ensure correct level of maintenance, modifications and configuration control.
Actively participate in continuous improvement system. (Including implementation of TPM, QCPC, MFA, standard work, SIPOC, RACI, process certification, etc.)
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Experience to include:
knowledge of and experience with jet engine construction and hardware, knowledge of the function of engine sections and parts, with an understanding of their relationship to other engine sections and parts, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (building reports, spreadsheets, general formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint (presentations, reporting, etc.) and demonstrated commitment to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and International Trade & Compliance (ITC) programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training and supporting all
EH&S & ITC
committee activities.
Ability to work 1st shift (0700-1600), as well as extra time as necessary to ensure completion of assigned tasks; may be called in off-hours to answer job-related questions.
Travel up to 10 domestically and internationally and overtime may be required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who do not possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience using SAP, Configurator, Solumina, PyRITS, CEMP, IETP, and/ or other similar Technical Engine data base systems, is a significant plus.
Experience using Solumina, Master Process Plans or Other "CAPP" software tools for creation and modification of Process Plans experience, for an MRO (engine facility) is a significant plus.
