    • What You'll Do
    • ✅ Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and skilled trades professionals ✅ Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve uptime and reduce downtime ✅ Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects ✅ Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams ✅ Oversee facility systems including HVAC, utilities, compressed air, and plant infrastructure •What We're Looking For•✔ 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment ✔ Experience leading maintenance teams and driving equipment reliability improvements ✔ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and CMMS systems ✔ Proven success improving equipment uptime, reducing downtime, and achieving operational goals ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills •Bonus Points For•⭐ Experience with PLCs, automation, robotics, and industrial electrical systems ⭐ Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Reliability, or CMRP certifications ⭐ Fabrication, welding, assembly, or industrial manufacturing experience ⭐ Turnaround, transformation, or plant improvement experience •Why Join?

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
