This role involves managing maintenance teams, conducting maintenance as needed, conducting inspections, coordinating unit turnovers, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in electrical and HVAC systems, and project management expertise to maintain the property's value and ensure tenant satisfaction. Duties Lead and manage maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. Oversee end-to-end unit turns and make-ready processes to prepare units for new tenants efficiently. Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency response efforts across properties. Manage electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Oversee HVAC system operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement maintenance schedules using AppFolio for tracking and reporting purposes. Plan and execute property improvement projects while managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and quality standards. Experience Proven experience in property management with a focus on maintenance operations. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse technical teams effectively. Technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and appliances is essential. Proficiency in general computer skills including Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, Email, typing, etc. for documentation, scheduling, and reporting tasks. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience managing unit turnovers or similar end-to-end property readiness processes is preferred. Experience with AppFolio and Rentcheck are a big plus.
