Job Summary Countryside Estates in Warner is Oklahoma's Premier Respiratory Care Community Countryside Estates is a privately owned, 111 bed, healthcare facility located in the beautiful country setting of Warner, Oklahoma. We pride ourselves in being able to offer personalized health services in a relaxed, home-like environment. Our community is ideal for those who have been hospitalized and need assistance with rehabilitation, skilled nursing care as well as tracheostomy care. Countryside Estates is currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to working in cooperation with co-workers, residents and vendors when performing duties that include, but are not limited to: Conduct regular inspections and service of the facility's mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, to best ability and within city codes Servicing and maintaining medical equipment Make-ready procedures such as painting and furniture assembly Repair or replace old and faulty parts, fixtures or appliances Check, service, and maintain locks doors and hardware Replaces burned out light bulbs Conducts preventative maintenance Conducts regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment. Inspects / checks for appearance and cleanliness of ground, facilities, equipment, trimming of shrubs and lawn, etc. Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management Requirements Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position Ability to self-start and perform tasks alone or with limited assistance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Work
M-F, 8-4
