Job Description
Countryside Estates is accepting applications for a human resource.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Ensure employees are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations Ensure all orientation packets are complete and that employees understand their job responsibilities Presents various employee benefits programs including group insurance Submit any work related injury documentation to workman's comp Answer phones Order office supplies Maintain office equipment Responsible for completing quality of care report. Responsible for completing PBJ and QOC report. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Responsible Pay is based on experience. Summary As the Human Resource Director, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Reporting to the Administrator, you will leverage your core skills in human resources and communication to foster a positive workplace culture. Your premium expertise in talent acquisition, change management, and employment law will guide our HR initiatives, while your relevant skills in various HR technologies will enhance operational efficiency. Join us to lead our HR team in driving employee engagement and organizational success. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management and talent acquisition Strong communication skills and ability to manage change effectively Knowledge of employment and labor laws, including FMLA Expertise in human capital management and employee evaluation Familiarity with HR software such as Paychex Ability to conduct employee orientation and maintain OSHA complianceJob Type:
