A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Skills and Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management or Building Engineering with 7+ years of relevant work experience OR Associates degree related to Facilities management or operations with 10+ years' experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing projects simultaneously
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications - Ability to use basic hand and measuring tools like screwdrivers, drills, tape measure and range finders.
- Technical experience with building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Air compressors) a plus
