$60,000-$65,000 per year + Overtime Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe, productive workplace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Schedule Day Shift:
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 12-hour shifts 2-3-2 rotating schedule Every other weekend off Built-in mid-week 3-day break every other week Paid overtime for hours worked over 40 per week Weeks with a 36-hour schedule are paid as 40 hours Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of Maintenance Technicians. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability. Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Promote and enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Conduct and facilitate Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures. Collaborate with production teams to support operational goals. Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with company policies. QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles. Experience with finishing and/or anodizing processes. Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis. Experience leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week Guaranteed 40 hours of pay during 36-hour workweeks Stable full-time schedule Opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team in a growing manufacturing environment
