Non-Exempt | Overtime Eligible Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who knows how to lead a team and keep a community running at its best? CRM Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily maintenance operations. What You'll Do Lead, train, and provide direction to the maintenance team Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and apartment turnovers Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving building systems and trades Maintain the maintenance shop, tools, supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate contractors and assist with property inspections Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promptly address unsafe conditions Partner closely with the Community Manager to keep the property operating efficiently Participate in on-call and after-hours emergency coverage as required What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may offset the educational requirement Previous commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance experience preferred Current license/certification and/or specialized skills in at least one trade, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, or fire protection Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, organization, and customer-service skills General understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, and workplace safety requirements Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 55 pounds and working indoors and outdoors Ready to lead a maintenance team and make a visible difference in the community every day?
