Salary:

Starting Salary 38-45$/Hour with final rate dependent on level of experience.

Dura-Bond Pipe is a manufacturer of high strength, carbon steel API 5L pipe for the gas & oil industries. The pipe manufacturing facility located in McKeesport PA is looking for a full-time Electrical Millwright Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

The daily responsibilities include managing electricians in a safe and efficient manner. The person should be able to lead electrical technicians in the repair of any equipment. This is a hands-on job where leading and working with the employees should be expected. The supervisor must be able to manage time well and plan for success. You will Evaluate systems to determine when maintenance repairs need to be performed. Develop maintenance procedures and schedules, plan work assignments and project schedules. Monitoring plant operations to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently. Communicates with other departments to evaluate reliability of company equipment and systems. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Maintaining inventory of parts to ensure that repairs can be made quickly and efficiently. The applicant should be able to problem solve effectively using engineering and planning skills. Be able to communicate with other managers and employees to maintain the quality and production standards given to the area.

Qualifications include:

(2-3) years' experience in an Industrial / Electrical Maintenance management position required. API Pipe experience preferred but not required. You have the required technical skills to understand/interpret complex machinery and equipment. This is an hourly position with overtime, 2nd shift, and some weekend work required. Should be proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required. This is a permanent direct hire position; all applicants must pass background and substance screening.

Pay:

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
