Service Manager Role Summary Emilia is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to help guide the guest experience, support the team, and maintain the restaurant's high standards of service, wine, and cuisine. The newest restaurant by Chef Greg Vernick, Emilia brings a thoughtful and welcoming approach to Italian dining, with a menu rooted in quality ingredients, handmade pastas, vibrant dishes, and a beverage program inspired by the ease and enjoyment of Italian hospitality.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a hospitality professional with strong experience in service, wine, and cuisine. This person should bring a confident and welcoming presence to the dining room and work closely with the Chef/Owners to strive for both excellent guest experience and employee support. Providing warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality to guests, community members, vendors, and team members. Maintaining a strong presence on the floor and supporting smooth daily service. Partnering with leadership to uphold high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and team culture. Training, coaching, and supporting team members to help them grow and succeed. Manage hiring, scheduling, performance management, and employee engagement. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor and manage inventory levels for FOH supplies. Encouraging clear and consistent communication across the restaurant.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a restaurant front-of-house management or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of and passion for hospitality and service. Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating, educating, and empowering a team. Self-motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, coworkers, team members, and guests. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt each day. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
