2026 Maintenance Manager Clover Farms 100000.00 To 130000.00 (USD) Annually United States, Pennsylvania, Reading Sep 03, 2026 This position plans, directs and coordinates manufacturing activities of maintenance workers including: service, repair and installation of machines, tools and equipment in a plant. Directs and coordinates maintenance of buildings, grounds and utility systems of the facility. Review job orders to determine work priorities. Schedule service, repairs and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operation.



Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas or air required for operations. Develop preventive maintenance program; review costs, set priorities and expedite operations.

Inspect completed work for compliance with blueprints, specifications and standards.

Purchase tools, equipment and supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials, supplies and spare parts.

Plan and implement new methods, procedures and recommends equipment needed for improved operations, minimize cost, and effective utilization of labor and materials.

Plan and implement capital projects.

Inspect buildings, grounds and utility systems; advise management on structural changes and additions or modifications that are needed and submit bids. Will be the liaison between contractors, engineers and suppliers.

Maintain time and production records; prepare preliminary department budget and monitor expenditures of budget funds.

Assist in the selection, training and development of staff members.

Participate in safety, security, Haz-Mat and other loss control programs.

Engage with state and local authorities during site inspections and compliance audits.

Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.

Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot.

Utilize continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Working knowledge of installation, construction of maintenance equipment, utilities and building.

Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to write legibly to complete paperwork

Able to read and interpret documents pertaining to safety rules, Haz-Mat, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong Math skills

Follow and comply with all safety standards

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependability

Adherence to safety requirements and wearing required PPE

Able to work in a team environment

Able to multi-task and be organized

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am start time. Candidate needs to understand that Clover Farms Dairy is a 24 hour 7 days a week operations. As a Manager your work hours will change based on plant needs.

Salary Range:

$100,000.00 - 130,000.00
