Multi-Site Manufacturing Operation A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations across two facilities. This position is responsible for equipment reliability, preventative maintenance programs, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Lead and develop maintenance teams across multiple facilities Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs (PPM) Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, purchasing, and outside vendors Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs and CMMS systems Partner with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to support production goals Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing; food industry experience preferred Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment required Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preventative maintenance, and equipment reliability Experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ammonia refrigeration and boiler experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and regulated manufacturing environments Bilingual skills are a plus Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance teams Valid driver's license for travel between facilities Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills Work Environment Split time between office, warehouse, and production areas Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs regularly Lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance Comfortable working in environments that may be cold, wet, or noisy PPE required in manufacturing areas We are seeking a hands-on maintenance leader who can balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term reliability and continuous improvement strategies.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
