Position Summary:

Maintenance Team Leaders play an important role in helping BBU bake with world-class practices, win as one team, and grow our people.

Education and Work History:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. HS Diploma/GED required; College Degree (or some college) preferred. Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications[LV3] . Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
