We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our York, PA facility. This position is in our production facility, it is a full-time position with the prospect of growing into a within the organization. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, additional hours may be required when necessary to meet commitment dates.

Maintenance Accountable to : CI Manager Salary/pay grade : Experience Based [X] 35 - 40 hrs/wk [ ] 20 - 35 hrs/wk [] less than 20 hrs/wk Job summary As the Maintenance Supervisor you and the maintenance team will utilize various skills to ensure all equipment within the facility and infrastructure is being maintained and operating as it was intended. This includes but is not limited to the following systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication and production tools and equipment, IT needs, carpentry, painting, security, safety, housekeeping, etc. Responsibilities/daily tasks Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Maintain maintenance request log, prioritize, and satisfy maintenance requests. Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and log to service systems as needed and or recommended by equipment manufacturer. Create maintenance procedures and or schedules where necessary to ensure operations excellence. Evaluate projects, produce quotes, source materials and or services when necessary. Coordinate and assist with all third-party facility inspections. Hire, train, and mentor the maintenance team. Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as required. Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete necessary repairs or improvements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Comply with the safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment. Abide by all internal United CoolAir polices to foster a safe, efficient, and exciting work environment. Collaborate with various departments when necessary to provide the highest quality product to your customers. Serve as a member of the facility Safety Team, actively participating in safety initiatives, inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and problem-solving skills. Must be able to think strategically, analytically driven, and organized. Strong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change. Ability to work with and influence others in a dynamic manufacturing environment., ability to work shifts as required. Extensive knowledge of building systems. Ability to identify and identify repairs as needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience and ability to work in a team setting. Ability to work successfully with multiple business functions of an organization. An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, positive individual who can think innovatively. Relation of the position to others in the company Communicate any challenges that may arise regarding your ability to produce components, and or systems within equipment to your manufacturing lead. Work closely with your team to meet and or exceed the customer's expected delivery dates for their orders.
