The super will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in the building, Fire Marshall and Section 8 inspections and day to day maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:

Grounds maintenance: snow removal, trash removal, cleaning and landscaping Day to day unit maintenance Fire Marshall annual inspections Section 8 inspections Distributing letters to tenants

Skills:

Basic knowledge of janitorial procedures Ability to interact with residents and handle complaints in a friendly manner Well versed in Spanish 1 year of experience
