Building Super Blue garden management Norwalk, CT Job Details Full-time $35,000 - $60,000 a year 18 hours ago Qualifications Maintenance Driver's License Full Job Description Blue Garden Management is seeking an experienced Building Superintendent to join our team. The super will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in the building, Fire Marshall and Section 8 inspections and day to day maintenance.
Responsibilities Include:
Grounds maintenance: snow removal, trash removal, cleaning and landscaping Day to day unit maintenance Fire Marshall annual inspections Section 8 inspections Distributing letters to tenants
Skills:
Basic knowledge of janitorial procedures Ability to interact with residents and handle complaints in a friendly manner Well versed in Spanish 1 year of experience
