As a Complex Maintenance Planner, you will lead the planning and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities that keep equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Safety teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals, reduce downtime, and enhance asset performance. • -Anticipate business needs by aligning maintenance plans with production schedules, throughput demands, preventive maintenance programs, and leadership priorities. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Ensure optimal equipment functionality while supporting cost control and budget adherence. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Estimate labor hours and resource requirements for maintenance activities. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Communicate job scope and expectations clearly to maintenance teams. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment reliability. style="list-style-type:disc
