A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Overview/Summary:
Our Client is a global professional services firm that provides engineering, design, construction, and consulting solutions across infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, water, and government sectors. This is a hybrid position that will require travel to the client site as required, in addition to working remotely. In this role, you will be working side by side with project team to execute work, build client relationships on site. You will assist in Tracking and assigning points of connection (POC) for services off of the main distribution for the facility. You will be part of a team responsible for managing these connections. This support will vary from day to day addressing the clients highest priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You will also assume additional duties and projects as directed by management Day to day activities: Attending meetings Managing database Reviewing TSR information and inputting the data into the database or reaching out to appropriate disciplines to get missing information to prepare for meetings Reviewing bluebeam sessions and making appropriate mark ups to prepare for meetings Communicating with appropriate personnel to obtain additional information needed for database data Creating laminated streamers for tagging in the field Field work including but not limited to hanging laminated streamers, verifying point of connections (POC's) are available or taken, verifying if laterals are installed or not installed, verifying locations of laterals, POC's, VMB's.
Required Qualifications :
Experience in working with complicated databases Excellent communication skills both verbal and written High level of organization and professionalism High level of understanding in office programs including Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint/Excel/OneNote Ability to travel as needed Ideally, you'll also have: Familiarity with semi-conductor design and/or construction Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden your knowledge base Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams Exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Process systems in manufacturing Familiarity with Facilities Operations & Engineering to implement and refine facilities capacity model In order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
